The answer is residents of the Town of Ballston can participate in the Clifton Park Household Hazardous Waste Day on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 22 Ray Road (near the Town of Clifton Park Transfer Station, there will be signs to direct you). Town residents need to complete a registration form with a list of items you will be bringing, available online and at the Town Clerk’s Office. The cost to participate in Clifton Park’s Household Hazardous Waste Day is $50; the fee is payable in cash or by check made payable to the Town of Ballston. All registration forms and fee must be received by the Town Clerk's office in person (323 Charlton Road, Ballston Spa) or by mail (Town Clerk, Town of Ballston, PO Box 67, Burnt Hills, NY 12027) by September 3rd. HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT NEWS: Town residents can begin reserving trucks for the removal of brush, leaves and yard waste starting the week of September 28, 2015.  Trucks will be available starting the week of October 5th, Monday thru Thursday.  Residents who get a truck on Thursday will have their truck picked up the following Monday.  Reservations will be taken on a first come - first served basis.  In the event a truck becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure, the person who called last will be the first cancelled.



Attention County Waste Customers

Yard waste pickup is on your scheduled garbage day.

If you are not a County Waste customer you can reserve a town truck

or get the key to the Outlet Rd. yard waste facility.
