Wellness Express
The Wellness Express Transportation Program provides free transportation for residents to medical appointments. This curb to curb service is available to residents 60+ in the towns of Ballston, Charlton, Galway, Malta, Milton, Providence, and the Village of Ballston Spa. It is funded by the Saratoga County Office for the Aging, the NYS Office for the Aging, the Towns of Ballston and Milton, and the Village of Ballston Spa, and is operated by Captain Community Human Services.
