The Town of Ballston is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Upgrade Town Hall to Natural Gas. This project includes the conversion of heating equipment from propane-fueled to natural gas-fueled, including piping, valves, equipment connections and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
Sealed bids for the construction of the project will be received at the Town Clerk's Office, Town of Ballston Town Hall located at 323 Charlton Road, Ballston Spa, New York, until Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 2:00 pm. At that time the sealed bids received will be publicly opened and read.
